Amy Hatch is the Global Head of Editorial & Content Marketing and editor-in-chief for SAP Customer Experience, and she is also the founding editor The Future of Customer Engagement and Commerce.
She is a seasoned print and digital journalist and content marketer, with more than 25 years of experience. She has worked with brands including Xerox, Allstate, Johnson & Johnson, Meredith Corp. and more. Her writing has appeared on The Huffington Post, AOL, SheKnows and BabyCenter, and she has appeared on Fox News, the NBC Nightly News, The Today Show and the Dr. Phil Show.
Amy holds a bachelor’s of science in print journalism from Boston University.
