Charles has extensive deal making and product strategy experience in games, digital, consumer electronics and broadcast industries globally. Since moving to the UK he worked for BSkyB as well as BBC where he signed deals with Sony, Samsung, LGE, Nintendo, Panasonic, Toshiba, Google, Disney, Ubisoft, Xbox for award winning BBC iPlayer, BBC News and Sports products now available on over 500 different TVs, mobile devices and game consoles. Charles joined hybris from a London based game start where he lead product and business development. He and his team developed a TV optimized Android store on a game console including SDK used by over 100 game developers to publish and monetize their games on Smart TV and Android devices.

Charles holds an MBA in Media and Communications Management from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland
