Moritz Zimmerman is Chief Technology Officer for SAP Customer Experience. In this role, he oversees all product innovation and development, as well cloud delivery, covering SAP’s CRM, Commerce, Marketing, Service, Sales and Billing products.

Moritz previously served as the SVP of Global Presales for three and a half years, where he led the global presales organization for SAP’s Customer Engagement and Commerce business.

Moritz is a co-founder of hybris, which was acquired by SAP in 2013. He played an instrumental role in building out the product in the early years. During that time, Moritz was responsible for heading product strategy and marketing.

Passionate about new and innovative technologies, Moritz is a mentor and backer of several start-up businesses around the world. Moritz has a Master degree in Business Administration from Ludwig-Maximilians University.
