Nick Milani is a Director of Solution Management for SAP Customer Experience. Nick started his career in Australia and France in several development, consulting, and product management roles, before relocating to Palo Alto in 2016 to focus on Revenue Cloud. Nick is responsible globally for the solution strategy of SAP Hybris Revenue Cloud. He has a deep technical knowledge with a strong customer focus. His industry experience is vast, with many engagements in telecommunications, hi-tech, banking, postal, and transport/logistics.
