Anatoly leads the vison, strategy, operations and market growth for AI & Analytics services and solutions at SMITH. Anatoly works with businesses to humanize enterprise software, to achieve better customer experience and to enable data-driven business decisions. Prior to joining SMITH, Anatoly served as Head of Technology and Development for IBM Customer Engagement division, where he led Watson AI and Analytics innovations for digital marketing and commerce. At IBM, Anatoly drove business results and client success through delivery of pioneering cognitive solutions, and prudent management of high performing teams and processes.
Always committed to a career in transformative technology, Anatoly holds 16 product patents in use today and he is a regular speaker at global conferences and summits. Anatoly’s industry knowledge goes deep into Manufacturing, Travel & Transportation, Sport, Media & Entertainment, Telecommunication, Retail and Healthcare. Anatoly earned his MBA degree from Université de Montréal with highest honors.
