Anka Wittenberg, Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer and Head of People Sustainability for SAP SE, is responsible for the development and implementation of SAP’s diversity and inclusion strategy and employee health initiatives globally for 85.000 employees.

She reports to SAP’s Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), member of the Executive Board of SAP SE.

Anka has 30 years of Human Resource experience. Prior to joining SAP, she gained extensive international Human Resource experience in HR leadership positions at companies like General Electric and TRW Automotive, e.g.

Anka Wittenberg holds a Master of Economic. She is a member of the supervisory board of Westfalen AG in Germany and chair of the board of The World Childhood Foundation in Germany.

She has three children and lives in Berlin, Germany.
