Binod currently leads the SAP CX Analyst Relations globally with a special focus on peer-to-peer review platforms. Binod has been a leader in the Enterprise Solutions space with more than 18 years of experience, the last 9 years of which have been spent in the Industry leading cloud based solutions such as SAP Business by Design, SAP Cloud for Customer and most recently SAP Commerce Cloud. He has worked in various roles such as Customer Marketing & Partner Alliance, Program & Project Management and Application development & Service delivery.

Binod brings together rich Industry experience having worked in the retail, pharmaceutical, semiconductor & shipping industry value chain, spending several years in consulting and services focused on solutioning and delivery excellence. Binod holds an MBA in Finance and Operations, a degree in Marine Engineering and is also a certified supply chain consultant  (CSCP) from APICS USA.
