As a Solution Manager & Product Manager for SAP, Charles has worked closely with some of the most innovative companies around, helping them understand how revenue management can help lead to more efficiency and drive new revenue streams. More recently, Charles is involved in exploring machine learning applications for billing and revenue management use cases.
