Elizabeth joined Pivotree (formerly Tenzing) in 2008. Focusing on performance through automation, process improvement, and improved technical skillset, she built the Service Desk to include three tiers of support, the Technical Account Manager program and more. In 2016 she joined the newly formed Client Success Team. Inspired by her experience working with retailers, Elizabeth created multiple peak shopping season preparedness programs to ensure Pivotree’s infrastructure and teams handled the demands of the holidays. For ecommerce customers, she developed a Campaign Best Practice program to help extend the life of their infrastructure during peak periods. After a decade of experience in IT support & service at HP and Pivotree, Elizabeth, an ITIL practitioner, moved into Strategic Account Management, where she brought major account wins to Pivotree.

Elizabeth is currently the Business Operations leader for Pivotree’s Supply Chain business unit, continuing her substantial career in enabling frictionless commerce. She is a member of Pivotree’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee and is devoted to building a strong allyship for women in IT.
