Geert Leeman is the Chief Revenue Officer of SAP Customer Experience (CX), a market-leading business that supports over 10k customers around the world. In this role, Geert is responsible for building a revenue model that supports consistent sales growth and execution globally for SAP’s Intelligent CX suite of solutions.

Geert a firm believer in the power of industry tailored, interconnected, insightful, and adaptive Intelligent CX that supports omni-channel commerce, sales performance, service excellence, digital marketing, and customer data platforms.

Throughout his 25-year tenure in the CRM space, Geert’s passion for helping businesses grow their revenue and drive innovation has only strengthened. He leads his global organization into the future, always staying ahead of CX trends, and defining and implementing exceptional customer experiences.

Prior to becoming CRO, Geert held numerous executive positions including Chief Operating Officer and Head of Global Go-To-Market for SAP CX. He served as Managing Director for one of SAP’s most strategic accounts and is a longstanding member of SAP’s Global Leadership team stemming from his proven ability to lead high-growth, strategic, and diverse and inclusive teams.

Early in his career, Geert was a Management Consultant at CSC focused on sales and logistics for the European manufacturing market. He holds a master’s degree in business from the University of Leuven and a master’s degree in IT management from the University of Lille. Outside of work, Geert has an affinity for experiencing different countries and cultures. He speaks four languages and splits his time between Switzerland and Belgium.
