Georg Glantschnig is General Manager of SAP Service Cloud at SAP Customer Experience. In this role, Georg is responsible for the strategy, product management, engineering, and business operations as it relates to Service Cloud.
In his over two-decade tenure at SAP, Georg has held various roles in the US and in Germany, including Senior Vice President of SAP Cloud for Customer, Chief Data Scientist, and COO. He also served as Assistant to the CEO SAP AG from 2006 to 2009. Georg is member of the SAP Silicon Valley Leadership Circle and SAP Mentor.
