Ian McCaig

Ian is the co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer at Qubit, in charge of shaping the go-to-market strategy as the company expands across North America and Europe. Leading for the helm, Ian is central to developing killer marketing campaigns and getting his hands dirty delivering the next big idea. Before founding Qubit, Ian was one of the first through the doors of the UK Google office. In his five years at Google he helped lead strategic innovation across sales operations, product and marketing for the whole of Europe.

Prior to Google, Ian cut his teeth in brand management for a leading FMCG brand and spent some time in the music industry working on a range of strategic projects. As a big thinking digital marketer and successful entrepreneur, Ian also speaks on the event circuit and writes as a guest blogger for econsultancy. A keen sportsman, Ian is not out of place on the river at Henley Regatta or running ultra marathons. During his ‘down time’ he travels the globe to visit the worlds best music festivals and the next big adventure. Ian graduated from Bath University with a degree in Business Management.
