Jennifer Arnold is the Vice President of Marketing Asia Pacific Japan/Greater China for SAP Customer Experience, leading the team responsible for brand awareness and demand management for SAP’s commerce, marketing, sales and service solutions that allow SAP customers to deliver on their promises to their customers. Prior to this role, she was the Head of SAP Australia/New Zealand’s Centre of Excellence team, responsible for thought leadership, business development and strategic deal support to increase the business value customers achieve from SAP solutions. She also ran the A/NZ Demand Management program, coordinating the efforts of sales, business development and marketing teams across the company’s lines of business to improve customers’ end-to-end buying experiences and increase sales success.
Jennifer joined SAP in May 2015 as Vice President of Marketing A/NZ. Over her 25-year career, she’s also held global and regional business consulting and marketing/communications roles at Unisys, IBM Services, and QBE Insurance, and several senior agency roles.Jennifer grew up on the east coast of the US and has lived in Australia since 1993. She holds a Bachelor of Science in mass communication from Boston University.
