John’s passion is the intersection of technology and industry – especially travel, B2B, CPG/food and hospitality – helping companies get the most out of their digital investment. Whether it’s understanding industry trends, customer pain points or how AI is changing the digital landscape, he believes that technology can create better customer experiences.

This interest has led him to seek out like-minded projects and organizations, and he founded, to collaborate with others on the topic.  He has 25 years of experience in digital marketing and transformation having spent nine years at SAP in their Customer Experience division heading up industry marketing and another six years at Aramark and Mars developing their B2B and B2C ecommerce and digital marketing businesses. When he’s not working, he’s taking classes at Kellogg Executive Education’s Chief Digital Officer program or traveling the world (60+ countries and counting).  He can be found at
