As Global Head of Industry Marketing for the Customer Engagement and Commerce division of SAP, John oversees the thought leadership and global marketing to help prospective customers make informed resource allocation decisions for their digital transformation journey. Previously, John was the VP of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing at Aramark, the $14B food services company. John has over 20 years of digital experience in B2C and B2B ecommerce, digital marketing, social/mobile, SFA, CRM and online lead generation. He has run e-commerce and digital businesses for major websites, such as Excite.com and Audible.com, as well as Fortune 500 firms, such as Aramark and M&M/Mars. John is a digital pioneer, starting his career at Prodigy in 1994, managing their online shopping business and launching some of the internet’s first online stores, including JC Penney and PC flowers.
