John Goetz has been in the SAP ecosystem for over 25 years as a customer, an employee, and implementation partner. He has been responsible for global CRM, E-business, and SAP implementations as well as serving as head of an IT division for a global manufacturer, Lincoln Electric. As an employee for SAP for 8+ years, John was part of the Customer Experience business unit supporting manufacturers on their customer experience journey. Currently, John is the Global SAP Customer Experience Practice Director for Birlasoft, an SAP implementation partner residing near Cincinnati, Ohio.
