As a content marketing specialist for SAP Customer Experience, John works to show how businesses can benefit from the company’s solutions through content creation, global campaign execution, and product marketing initiatives. Before this role, he supported the Gigya marketing department as a copy writer. His previous independent contracting work included writing content for digital marketing firms and small businesses.

Going back even farther, he worked as a technical writer and instructional designer for large Beltway contractors around Washington DC – serving clients such as NIST, the Air Force, and the US Department of Justice.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, riding his Peloton bike and watching NBA basketball… even though his favorite team – the Wizards – loses too much.
