Lena Mauer is the Global Vice President for SAP’s Customer Data Solutions and a member of the executive leadership team at SAP Customer Experience. She drives business growth and customer success in the fast-growing Customer Data organization, which includes solutions such as customer identity, consent, and customer data platform. For the past years, Lena has been working across the SAP organization with customers and partners, helping them to adopt SAP’s Customer Data solutions and drive tangible business outcomes. She is passionate about helping customers build trustworthy relationships with their customers while becoming data-driven enterprises. She is also a fierce advocate of inclusion and diversity and leads an SAP internal initiative. Lena holds a master’s degree in International Business and Economics from the University of Hohenheim.
