Michel Steiert is currently VP of SAP Customer Experience for Latin America South, which includes Argentina, Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Paraguay and Bolivia. He is responsible for the positioning, strategy and commercial execution of SAP’s Customer Experience portfolio, which includes Customer Identity, Engagement and Commerce Solutions.

With more than 20 years of experience in Business Application Solutions in different markets and regions across the globe, Michel has developed a strong business acumen and lead multidisciplinary teams to design business strategies, develop different routes to market and drive sales execution successfully in local, multi country and Global organizations.
