Throughout his career, Mohit Malhotra has made helping customers create change that matters his mission. Enabled by technology and sustained through capabilities, an effective transformation can only be achieved through developing a comprehensive roadmap and understanding customers’ needs. As a trusted advisor, he helps clients and CXOs pursue digital and cloud transformation to differentiate their competitive strategy and improve internal capabilities through the deployment of right-fit technologies.

In the two decades of his consulting career, he’s held a variety of SAP CX, CRM and ERP roles, including pre-sales, sales, solutioning, and delivery. He’s led a number of SAP-enabled transformational programs for global brands, including digital innovation and delivery across North America, Asia, and the Pacific.

Malhotra has worked across a number of industries, including consumer products, retail, fashion, healthcare, financial services, and public sector, primarily operating at the senior level and working closely with executives to steer digital transformation programs.

He’s passionate about customer centricity, experience management and business transformation, and is a regular speaker at events, round tables, and other forums. He enjoys cricket, tennis, and badminton, along with giving back to the community.
