Hailing from an operations background, Nils joined the SAP Customer Experience team in April 2019 and now utilizes his prior experience in analyzing processes, business strategies and software solutions, to communicate the SAP Customer Experience value proposition and to establish initial business relationships.
Prior to joining SAP, Nils earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from East Tennessee State University and managed business operations for the subsidiary of a German manufacturer and wholesale distributor.
