Paola Becerra

After 18 years working for IBM, Paola joined SAP in April 2018 to run Digital Core Cloud Business for Mexico to position S4/HANA Cloud in the market, and in July 2019 was appointed as Customer Experience Head for the Mexico Business. Paola’s responsibility is to support Mexican companies to stay or become relevant to their clients, through the adoption of a Digital Commerce strategy, delivering a personalized experience in real time and fulfilling the promise, where the integration between the Front Office and Back Office is essential.
She graduated in Industrial Engineering and has a Master Degree in Business Administration from IPADE Business School granted in 2013.
Some of her passions in life are sports and dogs, achieving in 2010 a big milestone as an Ironman competitor, and in 2014 founded a Non Profit Organization called “Huellitas Bosque Real A.C.” focused on rescuing abandoned dogs.
