As global vice president of commerce solution management and strategy at SAP,Riad leads the solution strategy and portfolio effort for the SAP Commerce Cloud portfolio within the Customer Experience line of business. Prior to his current role, Riad was responsible for B2B commerce solution management at SAP Hybris, an SAP Company. Riad is also an SAP veteran, he has spent the last 13+ years at SAP where he has held several product and solution management roles, mainly in the commerce and customer experience spaces. Riad holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and an MBA, both from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
