Rob leads the development of IBM iX’s approach to experience management. He brings a fresh eye to the discipline, creating powerful experience management use cases. Rob helps clients get to better insights through multiple data gathering, synthesis and analysis methods including experience management and AI. Rob began his design and strategy career at Chicago’s Museum of Science and Industry as an exhibit designer. With his deep experience in ethnographic research, digital strategy, and analytics, Rob uses Design Thinking tools and methods to ensure insights connect to actions and measurable client outcomes.
Rob has a Masters in Design Methods from Chicago’s Institute of Design.
