Bob has been with SAP Hybris for nearly ten years, first as part of Endeca, and for the last six years with SAP directly.
He has been in e-commerce for the past 20 years, working with several of the largest technology providers. Bob is the Global Vice President in the SAP Customer Experience organization, and is focused on the 3 R’s of the customer: Realization, Renewal and Reference.
Bob’s passion is customer success in digital transformation—Helping his customers realize their transformation goals.
