Tom Otten

Tom has a passion for the retail industry. He has spent his entire career developing, analyzing, and scaling major strategic initiatives for some of the largest retail organizations in the world. Most recently leading an analytics & insights team for Walmart Global eCommerce, focused on improving customer experience. When he gets some down time, Tom also enjoys skiing wherever he can find snow, and spending time with his wife, Casey, and their two dogs.
