Zhi is the Director of Product Release Marketing for SAP Customer Experience. Zhi started his SAP career in product marketing for SAP Commerce Cloud. Prior to SAP, Zhi held various marketing roles at Kibo Commerce, Synchronoss Technologies, and Henkel North America. He has 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, focusing on product messaging, sales enablement, market research, and product release communications. Zhi holds a B.S. in Business Management from Stony Brook University, and an MBA in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from Rutgers Business School.
