In their G2 report for summer 2022, G2, the renowned peer-review site for buyers and sellers of tech software and services, has again positioned SAP Emarsys as an industry leader, with an incredible haul of 36 leader badges.

This is the 13th consecutive quarter that SAP Emarsys has been recognized in the G2 report.

Every three months, G2 creates reports based on real feedback and reviews from actual software and services users and clients.

In the G2 Summer 2022 report, SAP Emarsys had the honor of being acknowledged in more than a dozen categories, receiving 36 leader badges.

A few of those key recognitions include:

  1. Loyalty: No. 1 in the G2 report’s Loyalty Grid. SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement users are able to deliver the kind of personalized real-time engagements that provide value well beyond their initial purchase — boosting customer lifetime value and driving long-term loyalty.
  2. Implementation: We saw a rise in our rankings across numerous implementation categories. This signals that our implementation teams are enabling our clients to succeed, helping them add channels to their marketing mix and further embrace omnichannel customer engagement.
